Recruiting Educators in the North of England

Next Step Beauty is currently looking for nail and beauty educators to join our dynamic team of professional tutors in the north of England. If you feel that you can bring a fresh approach to teaching, have the drive and ambition to help create diverse training to a range of students from a mixture of ages then this could be the perfect trainer position for you.

We are looking for passionate educators who think outside the box of standard teaching practices and use their knowledge and industry experience to provide training that is fun, effective, creative and most importantly successful. We want students to be inspired by their educator and believe that they can also achieve what you have.

We show students that learning can be enjoyable and the old school or college teaching approach and bad memories of learning will be just a distant memory by the time they have completed a Next Step nail or beauty course, we believe everyone can learn when given the right opportunity at that is what you will help to provide.

Educators will need to be self-motivated, committed, show a willingness to work both as am individual as well as a team.

What You Need To Join Our Team Of Tutors

To be considered to join our team of educators and trainers you will need to have a minimum of the following:

1. A recognised teaching qualification
2. Full industry insurance with BABTAC (or prepared to get insurance)
3. Driving License and Car
4. Recognised industry qualifications
