Victoria – Next Step Beauty is a pioneering educator and entrepreneur in the beauty industry, renowned for her dedication to making high-quality education accessible to all. With over 1,000,000 courses sold and a thriving community of more than 100,000 students and graduates, Victoria embodies the principles of empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation that are at the heart of Next Step Beauty’s mission.
A Journey Rooted in Passion and Resilience
Victoria’s journey began with a deep passion for beauty and a desire to help others succeed. She completed her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy at City College Norwich. After gaining hands-on experience in a busy spa, she pursued advanced private courses. At 19, she started a four-year teacher training programme. She earned a Certificate in Education, a Teacher Assessor Award, and a BA (Hons) in Inclusive Practice and Education. Her mix of practical skills and academic success shaped her future in beauty education.
Victoria - Next Step Beauty
While lecturing part-time at Further Education Colleges and collaborating with major beauty brands, Victoria identified a gap in the market for flexible, accessible beauty education. This insight led her to establish her own training company, which rapidly expanded nationwide under the name Next Step Beauty. Demonstrating a commitment to innovation, Victoria spearheaded the development of the Easy Learning Portal, an online training platform that revolutionized beauty education by allowing students to learn from anywhere. Her initiatives, including instant certification and new learning models, have reshaped the industry and empowered countless individuals to pursue their passions.
Overcoming Adversity with Determination
At 27, while balancing motherhood and a burgeoning business, Victoria faced a life-altering challenge when diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Her resilience during this period exemplifies her unwavering commitment to her mission and values. After overcoming cancer, Victoria refocused her efforts on what she loves most—helping others achieve their dreams through education.
